Garden

At Larkhill Primary school we have a beautiful garden area where we grow flowers and a wide range of fruit and vegetables. We even have our own outdoor pizza oven ! Throughout the year, all classes have the opportunity to work in the garden area as part of their Science, Art, PHSE and PE lessons. We also use this area for children who may need additional emotional and behavioural support. We are developing our pond and wildlife area and hope to be able to use this more in the Spring.

Forest School

We are very lucky to an amazing Forest School too. This area has native trees, grasses and shrubs and is a special place for many animals. We have a sheltered fire pit area and a hammock area where children and adults can relax. As with our garden, we ensure all classes use the Forest school throughout the year under supervision of two wonderful trained Forest School Leaders.
